DONT VOTE FOR GEORGE W BUSH AND HERE IS WHY
1. 9/11 happened when Bush was president. A complete failure of government. The subsequent actions haven't made the country any safer. 2 frivolous wars and a patriot act has taken our freedom to protest away in the name of security. 9/11 wouldn't have happened if the metal detectors / procedures were in place at the airports (national and international) to detect the terrorists and these projects continue to be underfunded.
2. The stock market crashed when Bush was president and he has done nothing about it because his cronies were involved, this was the elite base who gave him money. A Day before he was sworn in, January 20, 2001, the Nasdaq and Dow closed at 2,770.38 and 10587.59. Today it is at 1,903.02 and 9894.45 respectively a 31 % and 7 % drop.
3. Waged unnecessary wars which killed thousands of innocent civilian foreigners and hundreds of our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq and hundreds continue to die. 1089 military casualty, 7612 military wounded and about 13000 civilian casualty in Iraq. 139 military casualty and 3485 civilian casualty in Afghanistan. And the terrorist attacks continue. Always ask who benefits from a war not you not me but people who have stake in the resources of the country being attacked, iraq in this case has oil and who has a stake in oil.
4. His Policies has not created more jobs. If any they have been created abroad. The unemployment rate has shot up from 4.2 percent in 2001 to 5.4 percent now, a 33 percent increase. The nation lost almost 1.9 million jobs during the first three years of Bush's administration
5. He is crooked and corrupt. The last elections and his links with the Bin Laden family is proof. Bush won the 2000 election with 47.9 % (50456169) votes versus Gore's 48.4 % (50,996,115 ) votes. He doesn't care about the American people. He only cares to cater to special interest groups and getting rich at the American people's expense.
6. Less than 10 % of African - American voted for him in the last election. He claims to be a born again Christian but is not tolerant of other religions especially Islam. Considering many African American are Muslims no wonder his appeal in the community is so low.
7. He lacks intellectual curiosity and is a bad orator. His speeches are full of misquotes and contradictions. "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
Come November Make sure you vote but don't vote Bush, anyone but him. And yes forward this to 20 of your thinking friends. The stakes are too high if he is elected.Also put a link from your web page to this page
